

Kids Fitness Bootcamp
Parents,
Here is your chance to get your kids involved in a fun but fitness oriented program that can teach healthy habits early and carry on into adulthood. As a parent myself I am very passionate about my daughter growing up with a healthy body image and a love for playing and moving as much as possible. In turn, Evolution Personal Training and Bootcamp is proud to be in a position to create this program along with you to ensure our children get healthy now and not later!

Below is a questionnaire that I would like for you to fill out and email back to me before we structure the program. Simply copy and paste into your email back to Ryan@PersonalTrainingEvolution.com and fill in your answers.
- How old are my kid/kids and are they boys or girls?
- Is your child overweight or have poor eating habits?
- How many days would you like to see your child exercise?
- Could you have your child here by 3:15 or 3:30? If not when?
- Do you think your child would do better with 30 or 45 minute classes
- Does your child participate in sports?
- Does your child attend P.E. at his/her school?
- Does your child have any injuries or conditions we should know about in advance?
- Would you be able to stay while your child is in class
- Describe what you would be looking for in a kids fitness program. Be Descriptive!
We thank you in advance for taking the time to help us make this program exactly what you would like to see. Classes will be limited to number of kids and by age so if you are interested please let us know as we are starting a list now for a possible start time in March!
