So you survived Thanksgiving, but it’s only a few weeks until we do it all over again at Christmas.

So do you just continue to eat everything in sight for the next 3 weeks in preparation of an even bigger, more gluttonous feeding???

Or do you take advantage right NOW and make the next 25 days even more remarkable than your aunts sweet potatoes!

Believe it or not it is possible to ramp up your fat loss between these holidays so you can breeze through Christmas on track for your goals, and starting 2011 with brand new goals!

Happy Thanksgiving

This time of year is such a great opportunity to look at life and realize how much we all have.

I am even more thankful that we have more people than ever that are getting the gift of better health this holiday season.

Be prepared for that extended family to oh and aww over you and your new fitness successes!

BUT, this is no time to relax and let your workouts fall to the side because extracirricular activities get in the way!!!!

We offer 30+ times a week just for that reason! And we all know that the fury of calories between Thanksgiving and Christmas in innevitable.

In fact, we will be open ALL REGULAR TIMES EXCEPT THURSDAY THANKSGIVING DAY!

We have already started preparing Extra Special Post Thanksgiving workouts that will be great for buring those extra calories and getting you right back in the groove.

In addition, we will be opening some exciting new opportunities to get fit in the new year. I have a top secret project under way right now that when finished will dramatically help you speed up your weight loss and understanding of what it takes to lose weight and become fit!

I am very thankful to be a part of all of your fitness lives and our Evolution Family would not be the same without each of you.  Remember that I am always here for anything you need and no question is too big or small. Call, text, or email anytime!!!
