    Excellent Podcast Ryan !!!

My goal when I started boot camp was to just be in better shape and have fun while doing it. NOW…..my goal is to re-shape my entire lifestyle in order to be in the best shape my body can be in. Since starting Evolution Bootcamp, my eating habits have changed and my overall attitude toward fitness has changed. I love gettng up and going to boot camp and getting my butt kicked!!! I now have the tools I need to be in the best shape possible.
    Thanks Ryan!!!!!

    Ryan,
I am new to your bootcamp and really appreciate all the extra info you provide. This podcast is great. I have been doing power walks, mini bootcamps & aerobics at 5:15 am for 8 years now. I still go out ever morning! I finally did a half marathon last April (injured this April) and I bike 10 miles 3x per week. With all this I have NEVER sweated or had as “full body” work-out as I am getting at Evolution. I turn 50 this fall and my goal is to be in as good a shape at 50 as I was when I graduated from High School. Fit and Fabulous at Fifty! Thanks for the e-mails, podcasts and website info. This is great.
